As the founder of Agile Immersive, TLJ built a multimillion-dollar consulting firm from the ground up, trusted by household names like T-Mobile, MetLife, and FedEx. His strategies on cultural change and organizational grit aren’t just theories—they’re tools that Fortune 500 CEOs put to work. Global thinkers know his name. He’s lectured on cultural transformation at Goethe Business School in Frankfurt and advised leaders navigating complex change across borders and sectors. TLJ never forgets his humble beginnings. TLJ was adopted out of foster care at age 5, and now works with Agape of North Carolina to strengthen foster care in all 100 counties of North Carolina.
